• I have booked a massage. Can I still decide to take a special type of massage on the same day?
Each type of massage is given on different days, so if you specifically want to have a massage in one of the mentioned techniques, we recommend that you make your reservation well in advance, so that you can choose from the available days. A standard relaxation massage is booked when no specific demands are made.


• I can not find the answer to my question. What should I do?

• I have booked a combination float and massage, which session goes first?
The deep state of relaxation reached during a floatation is a perfect partner for a complementary massage. As a general rule we recommend floating after the massage, but please feel free to choose your own personal order.


• What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are free of charge. All other cancellations are subject to the cancellation fee.

• Can I float during my menstruation period?
No, you can not float during your menstruation period.


• Can I float if I am pregnant?
Yes, although it is always sensible to check with your GP first. The weightless environment of the tank is actually great benefical for expectant mothers. Stress and stain on your back and abdominal muscles is alleviated during your float. The deep state of mental relaxation is also wonderful for both mother and child.


• Can I eat before a floatsession?
A light lunch or souper is no problem. However the use of alcohol is strictly forbidden.


• Can I come with a friend?
Sure! Floating is a very unique experience and it is wonderful to share it with a friend. We have three floatrooms and we can schedule your floats simultaneously. However it is not possible to share the same tank.


• How do I know it is hygienic?
An advanced system filters the water between each float session ensuring a totally clean, sterile environment.


• Is there an age limit for floating?
No, there is no age limit. We suggest however that a floatsession is not suitable for children under the age of 14. The experience is that they get easily bored during the session.


• Do I have to wear a swimsuit?
No, you float within your own individual private room (so there is no need to wear a swimsuit or trunks). Each of our rooms has it's own shower and changing facilities is for your exclusive use for the duration of your session.


• What should I bring?
Nothing at all! We provide everything such as towels, bathrobe, shampoo, shower gel, showercap, deodorant, hair-conditioner, a hairdryer and even a nice cup of tea afterwards in our lounge.


• Is there anything else I should know?
Avoid shaving atleast three hours before your float as freshly shaved skin may be irritated and thereby detract from the experience. A light lunch or souper is no problem, however the use of alcohol is strictly forbidden.


• I have a skin problem. Am I allowed to float?
When suffering lightly psoriasis only, you are allowed to float.


• What if I am claustrophobic?
The measurements of the floating tank (long 220cm, wide 180cm and the height is 155cm) and the fact that your float tank is in a private room (meaning there is no need to close the lid of the tank) and that you control the light and intercom from the inside, gives you the total control of your environment. In general all our clients experience the floatsession as very pleasant.


• What are the measurements of the floatationtank?
The floatation tank is long 220cm , wide 145cm and the height is 140cm.
