Hot Stone massage

Ever since the ancient time heated stones have been used for therapeutic purposes. The volcanic basalt stones, which we use, give energy, open blood vessels and work grounding. Blood circulation will improve, toxins released and they even have a cleansing effect on deep-seated organs. The heat of the stones works relaxing and wholesome on muscles, bones and on the nervous system.

During the treatment hot stones will be laid on different parts of the body, the heat works directly on the nervous system, which will cause the energy to flow more freely through the whole body.

Afterwards, a few stones will be removed and that part of the body will be massaged with the stones and with oil, until the whole body has been treated. Hot stone massage helps to release tensions, brings peace, calmness, balance and will help you to feel more grounded.
